Encapsulation & Passivation Encapsulation & Passivation은 OLED와 TFT 막에 대해 공기 중의 산소 및 수분에 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위한 재료입니다. Encapsulation : OLED를 보호하는 막으로 OLED에서 빛을 내는 유기물질은 산소와 수분에 매우 민감하게 반응해 발광 특성을 잃어 버리기 때문에 그것을 보호하는 역할을 합니다. Passivation : TFT(thin film transistor)를 보호하는 막으로 전기적 절연 특성을 띄는 것 뿐만 아니라 산소와 수분으로부터 Transistor를 보호하는 역할을 합니다.
