R&D Center

R&D Center is striving to develop technologies that are key to the development of the electronic materials industry.

DNF’s R&D Center was launched as a company-affiliated research institute in 2003, and started with the successful development of Al CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) in 2005. The R&D Center succeeded in localizing and mass-producing DIPAS products, which are essential materials, for the first time in Korea. Since then, DNF has succeeded in developing High-k, a high dielectric material for DRAM capacitors, which is a miniaturization process material, contributing to the development of the domestic semiconductor industry and stabilization of supply.

R&D Center operates an organization consisting of experts to ensure continuous technological innovation and next-generation core materials. The R&D Center is making efforts to contribute to the development of the electronic materials industry at home and abroad.
